Appointment Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment

• Though there is a 15 min grace period anything past 15mins will have to be cancelled/or rescheduled 

Lateness/No show Policy

• Please call or email within 48 hrs for cancelling to avoid cancelation fee

• The cancelation fee/ no show fee is 30% of your service total and lost of your deposit

• unfortunately children under 8 can not accompany you to your appointment for there safety

 

Guest Policy​

• ​Additional guest and children are not allowed to accompany you your appointment
